About
About Janet's WEB
Janet's WEB is an organization founded to assist and support women in entrepreneurship and in business. A unique networking system formulated by our chairperson, Janet Ardebol, is effective, personal and fun. Janet's WEB is an informational vehicle, a support system, and a comradic organization focussed on providing women with the tools to success. Informational, inspirational and innovative gatherings are planned regularly throughout the year, in addition to THE UN (Unique Networking - The Key to Success), that occur on a monthly basis.
Our Founder
A mother of four children and a veteran of entrepreneurship that boasts 26 years, Janet Ardebol is our founding mentor. Her hopes and dreams to inspire and to support women in entrepreneurship and in business, is truly to be commended. Her vision to help women succeed in whatever they set out to accomplish is focussed, true and visionary.
Her relentless creativity and formulation is her key to success. It is with these attributes that she is able to chair two very successful non-profit organizations, HomeM.A.D.E. - Making A Difference for Everyone - an event coordinating organization that supports local artists, crafters and small and home-based businesses in support of local charities, organizations or causes; and Janet's WEB - Women in Entrepreneurship and in Business - an informational and networking organization for women. Information, inspiration and support are key factors to these organizations. Collaborative efforts of all members and participants are expected, as the foundation and support are laid out by our chairperson, the building blocks and structure are constructed by those who choose to be a part of these projects.
We hope to be able to provide the necessary platform and network to making you and your business a great success!
In the true words and the inspiration for Janet's WEB:
"You have been my friend," replied Charlotte. "That in itself is a tremendous thing. I wove my webs for you because I liked you. After all, what's a life, anyway? We're born, we live a little while, we die....By helping you, perhaps I was trying to lift up my life a trifle. Heavens knows anyone's life can stand a little of that." - E.B. White, Charlotte's Web.
We all have ability. The difference is how we use it. - Charlotte Whitton - First Woman Mayor of a Major City (Ottawa)
